JASMEX – Joint Acceleration of Smart City and Sustainable Mobility SME Export to Third Countries is a Central Baltic Interreg project supporting smart city and sustainable mobility SMEs from Estonia, Finland and Sweden to access complex, procurement‑driven markets together.

The project responds to a shared challenge: although SMEs offer globally competitive solutions, entering large public procurements in markets such as Canada and Turkey is difficult for individual companies. JASMEX enables SMEs to form cross‑border consortia, combine complementary solutions into joint offerings and respond to real tenders with greater scale, credibility and visibility.

Instead of traditional export promotion, JASMEX follows a demand‑driven, procurement‑focused approach. SMEs receive practical support ranging from market intelligence and lead generation to legal advisory, consortium building, joint visibility and buyer engagement. The project aims to translate cooperation into concrete results — sales and contracts in new international markets.
