The Nordic and Baltic region is closely connected, but moving people, goods, data, and technology across our borders remains more complicated than it should be.
At the same time, the world around us is changing. Preparedness and resilience matter more. Dual-use is creating new demands on our transport systems and infrastructure. New technology is moving faster. Automation and AI are changing what is possible. And we need to get better at moving good solutions from pilots to deployment, commercialisation and scale.
We think this calls for more than another conference.
Nordic+ CrossBorder is a new meeting place for the people who can actually break down barriers between countries, systems and organisations.
On 12–13 May 2027 in Helsinki, we will bring together decision-makers, authorities, transport operators, industry, technology, research and other actors from across the Nordic and Baltic region.
We will talk about what gets in the way. What already works. What technology can help us do differently. How we strengthen resilience and preparedness. How civil and military needs can work together. And most importantly, what we can do together to get into the fast lane more quickly.
